The resort exceeded my expectations with its beautiful surroundings and exceptional diving opportunities. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views, but the dining experience left much to be desired with limited offerings. Overall, it was a great place for relaxation and adventure, but improvements in food quality and service efficiency could enhance the stay.
We had an incredible stay at Park Regency! The hotel is vast and beautifully designed, perfect for exploration. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our experience was slightly marred by a cleanliness issue upon arrival, but it was promptly addressed. The dining options, especially at Sala Thai, were fantastic, though the main dining hall could get quite crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a great value for a memorable vacation.
I enjoyed my week at Park Regency, with incredible staff and beautiful grounds. The food at Salah Thai was fantastic, and the private club facilities were a great bonus. However, the all-inclusive offerings were misleading, and the dining could be improved, especially during peak hours.
